Infinium Associates (“we”, “us”) collects personal data that candidates and clients provide to us directly — such as name, contact details, CV and employment history — for the purpose of providing recruitment and workforce services.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to match candidates to roles, to communicate about opportunities and mandates, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Applying for a role online
When you apply through this website we collect your name, email, phone number, country, years of experience, any LinkedIn link or note you add, and the CV you upload. You confirm your consent when you submit the form. We use it to consider you for the role you applied for and for other suitable opportunities.
Your CV and details are kept in a private, access-restricted store that only Infinium’s recruiting team can reach. We use a small number of providers to run this: Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email delivery to our recruiting team) and Vercel (website hosting). Some of them may process data outside your country. Job listings themselves are stored separately from applicant data, in a table only staff can reach.
We keep application data only for as long as it is needed for recruitment purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits and page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which count page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. The only cookie the site sets is a sign-in cookie for Infinium staff.
Sharing
Candidate details are shared with a client only with the candidate’s consent, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@infiniumassociates.com.
