We are looking for Healthcare Recruiters to be based in Delhi.
Job Objective: The Healthcare recruiter shall conduct thorough interviews in order to gauge the suitability of the candidate from Europe, Middle East and Asia for the positions across our partner organizations in the Middle-east and Europe.
The KRA’s shall include:
- Identifying talent thru portals like LinkedIn,Naukri,Jobsrapido,Indeed and other Social media platforms
- Reviewing applicants’ resumes
- Placing and assigning employees at clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities
- Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner
- Performing background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts, and credentials
- Negotiating salary, problem-solving, and counselling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate
Pre-requisites for the healthcare recruiter: This position relies heavily upon communication, the recruiter must have excellent oral and written communication skills in order to succeed. Further, this position requires that the individual have at least has a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-year of experience working within a healthcare recruiting function.
