Job Objective:As a Sr. IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art power conversion integrated circuits using BCD process and your analog/mixed-signal circuit design skills. Your tasks involve but are not limited to circuit design, simulation, layout design supervision, verification, product debugging and characterization, documentation, and assisting test and product engineers with taking IC’s to production. The actual responsibilities will depend on the level of experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Masters/PHD in related Field
3+Years Experience
Working knowledge and intuitive understanding of basic circuit principles
Thorough understanding of analog circuits
Experience in designing basic building blocks, such as OpAmps, Comparators, Bandgaps, Bias circuits, Oscillators, LDO’s, One-shots, DACs, ADCs, Translinear circuits and custom functions
Ability to analyze the performance of the building blocks
Experience putting basic building blocks into a system to meet product definition requirements
Ability to design with digital blocks (gates, Flip-flops, muxes, etc.)
Experience doing chip floor planning
