We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a premium French-themed restaurant in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibility Areas:
I)Research new wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices
ii)Calculating future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed.
iii)Managing and storing vendors’ contracts and invoices
iv)Coordinating communication between front of the house
v)Prepare shift schedules process payroll for all restaurant staff
vi)Supervising kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
vii)Keeping detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
viii)Arranging for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms
ix)Monitoring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
x)Gathering guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
Experience: Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry .Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks.
