A large start-up project
Due to a new operational site coming up, the client approached Infinium Associates to exclusively recruit 8 Engineers for roles across operations and project management to help initiate the extensive project.
Searching the right candidates
It was very important for the client that all engineers should be extremely skilled along with local awareness and strong connect with the local civil governing bodies and able to fit into the culture of the organisation and project demands and also they should be ok working on deadlines in order to facilitate a timely handover to the main client.
